It is a multi-piece design constructed of CNC billet 6061 aluminum. The tank is assembled with stainless steel fasteners and O-ring seals. It features a clear sight window to monitor coolant level.  Custom fittings are included for easy connection to all factory hoses. Like the OEM tank, this product features two internal chambers that are NOT isolated from each other. NOTE: The OEM pressure cap is 1.1bar. The purpose of a high pressure cap is to increase the boiling point in the cooling system providing improved cooling efficiency. Each cap is manufactured from stainless steel with a high pressure valve. This is something to consider when using the vehicle in extreme conditions.
