Where We Ship DM Performance ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally or to the United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via major Canadian carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by province. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
