MaxxECU - Toyota HF2AV Transfer Case Adapter kit - BMW 8HP AWD

Adapter kit to mate the Toyota HF2A/HF2AV transfer case to a BMW 8HP AWD transmission. Fits all F- and G-series AWD transmissions.

Compatible with the HF2A/HF2AV transfer case from the Land Cruiser 80-series (1990–1998). The 100-series shares the same bolt-pattern flange but uses a different input axle/gear.

At just 37 mm thick, this is the thinnest adapter on the market. An integrated mount lets you reuse the original transmission cushion this requires a slight modification adding one hole and clearing one side to remove interference with the transfer case. Machined from high-grade aluminum and black anodized, with laser-engraved text and logo for a premium finish.

The kit also includes a new replacement input axle for the HF2A/HF2AV transfer case, splined to accept the 8HP AWD transmission output axle. Made from Orvar Supreme and heat-treated for increased torque capacity and durability.
