Radium - Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit, 15-20 Ford F150 and Raptor

This comprehensive installation kit includes everything needed to install a Radium fuel surge tank in a 2017+ F150 Raptor EcoBoost. The required FST-R is sold separately. The required surge tank can be ordered using the check boxes to the right.

Some of the pumps available outflow the OEM Ford Raptor fuel pump by more than 23%. The OEM fuel pump is repurposed to keep the surge tank full with excess returning back to the OEM fuel tank. The new FSTR-RA pump will now feed the engine and is regulated by the integrated FPR on the surge tank. This pump keeps supplying fuel, even if the OEM fuel pump becomes momentarily starved.

A Radium gauge is included to adjust and monitor fuel pressure. The integrated regulator on the FSTR-RA can be vacuum referenced if 1:1 fuel pressure is required or ran static (no vacuum reference) to mimic the stock system.

The Ford F150 Raptor install kit locates the FSTR-RA in a collision-safe area under the LH side of the truck. The polished stainless steel bracket solidly mounts to OEM mounting points.

Also included are wiring components with flying leads featuring Raychem solderless butt splices, and a weatherproof fuse and relay to drive the FSTR-RA fuel pump. Wiring is very simple and takes less than 30 minutes to assemble. No soldering is required.

This installation requires purchasing the install kit, the surge tank and the fuel pump for the surge tank separately. Many different fuel pumps can be installed into the surge tank and the available pump options from Radium directly are listed in the check boxes to the right.

To order a complete kit, select the install kit, the surge tank, and one fuel pump. To use a fuel pump other than what is listed, do not select a fuel pump from the checkboxes and order the desired fuel pump from another source.
