The Radium Engineering universal high-flow in-line fuel filter is a precision-engineered filtration solution for high-performance and motorsport fuel delivery systems. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum with Type-II anodizing and sealed with FKM O-rings, it safely withstands operating pressures up to 150 PSI with negligible pressure loss. Featuring large female 10AN ORB inlet and outlet ports, it accommodates virtually any fuel line requirement via standard ORB adapter fittings.
Configurations & Element Options:
- Standard (Dual Green End Caps): Engineered for standard pressurized and return-style fuel systems.
- Integrated Check Valve (Silver Outlet Cap): Features an internal one-way check valve on the outlet port. Prevents fuel line pressure bleed-down when the engine or pump is switched off, ensuring instant restart cycling and preventing vapor lock in demanding high-demand setups.
Filtration Element Choices:
- 10 Micron Stainless Steel Mesh: Washable and reusable. Compatible with all fuel types including ethanol blends (E85), race gas, pump gas, and diesel. Optimal as a high-pressure post-pump / final filter to protect fuel injectors.
- 100 Micron Stainless Steel Mesh: Washable and reusable coarse element. High-flow design intended strictly as a pre-pump strainer installed before an external pump to protect the pump mechanism without causing cavitation.
- 6 Micron Microglass: Ultra-fine disposable element delivering maximum filtration efficiency for sensitive high-end fuel injectors. Safe for all fuel types.
Note on Check Valve Compatibility:
100-micron elements are coarse pre-pump strainers engineered strictly for the suction side of an external fuel pump. In-line check valves are designed exclusively for high-pressure post-pump feed lines to retain rail pressure. Consequently, Integrated Check Valve configurations are offered exclusively in 10-micron stainless and 6-micron microglass elements.
