Radium - Universal Recirculating Air-Oil Separator (AOS-R)

The Radium Engineering Universal Air-Oil Separator Return (AOS-R) is an advanced, service-free crankcase oil management system engineered for high-output competition engines. Unlike traditional catch cans that require routine manual emptying, the AOS-R separates oil droplets from crankcase blow-by gases and drains the collected engine oil directly back into the oil pan while keeping the intake air pristine.

Key Performance Features:

• Service-Free Oil Return: Bottom one-way check valve returns separated liquid engine oil back to the oil pan above oil level, eliminating canister emptying.
• Integrated Coolant Heating Chamber: Dual barbed engine coolant passages warm the separator body, preventing harmful water condensation from contaminating engine oil.
• Multi-Stage Coalescing Condenser: High-surface stainless steel filtration separates fine oil aerosol without creating restrictive crankcase backpressure.
• Internal Water Trap: Dense water molecules drop into an isolated perimeter trap to prevent emulsified moisture from returning to the engine pan.
• 10AN ORB Porting: Threaded female 10AN ORB ports allow versatile plumbing configurations with AN hose lines.
