Wisefab - EPS Control Module for BMW E9X / E8X Electric Steering Rack (V2)

This is the updated V2 module (same functionality, updated compact enclosure) that now includes an extension cable, allowing remote installation away from the steering rack.

The Wisefab Electronic Power Steering (EPS) Control Module is an innovative, budget-friendly solution for seamlessly running an electric steering rack in any drift or race car, eliminating the need for traditional hydraulic pumps, fluid reservoirs, lines, and coolers. This standalone controller allows the BMW E9X / E8X electric steering rack to operate reliably without requiring any additional BMW OEM modules, CAS, or CAN-bus network from the factory vehicle.

• 3 Adjustable Power Assist Levels: Drivers can switch between three distinct assistance levels to customize steering weight, feedback, and responsiveness to their personal driving style.
• Remote Mounting Extension Cable: Includes a dedicated wiring extension harness, allowing you to mount the EPS module in a safe, clean location inside the cabin or high in the engine bay away from heat and road debris.
• Simplified Engine Bay: Eliminates hydraulic fluid leaks, power steering belt drag, pumps, and overheating issues during intense tandem drifting.
• Complete Standalone Operation: Powers on with standard 12V ignition power — zero factory BMW chassis electronics required.
