Radium - FCST-X Fuel Cell Drop-In Surge Tank System

The Radium Engineering FCST-X (Fuel Cell Surge Tank) is the motorsport benchmark for drop-in fuel starvation prevention in racing fuel cells. Engineered to mount directly into standard 6" x 10" 24-bolt fuel cell access openings, the FCST-X houses an internal 2.6-liter collector tank submerged directly inside the fuel cell bladder, providing continuous uninterrupted fuel delivery under extreme multi-G cornering and acceleration.

Key Performance Features:

• 2.6L Internal Surge Reservoir: Internal surge can is continuously filled by three directional one-way flapper trap doors and returned fuel, keeping pump pickups submerged.
• Multi-Pump Internal Architecture: Configurable to house 1, 2, or 3 internal high-flow EFI fuel pumps (Walbro GSS342, AEM 50-1200, DW440, or brushless Ti Automotive E5LM).
• Direct 24-Bolt Flange Drop-In: Directly bolts to the standard 6"x10" top opening on Radium RA-Series, Fuel Safe, ATL, and Harmon fuel cells.
• Electrical Bulkhead Connectors: High-amperage O-ring sealed stainless steel electrical pass-through studs ensure safe, vapor-free wiring.
• Billet Anodized Aluminum: CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum top plate and surge canister, black anodized for complete E85 ethanol compatibility.
