Radium - Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit for BMW E46 (3-Series & M3)

The Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit for BMW E46 (3-Series & M3) provides pre-fabricated PTFE fuel lines and an underbody high-flow fuel filter kit engineered specifically for the BMW E46 chassis. Designed to mate seamlessly with the Radium Fuel Pump Hanger (20-1180), this plumbing kit converts the restrictive factory fuel lines into a high-capacity -8AN feed and -6AN return motorsport fuel delivery system.

Chassis Compatibility:

• 1999–2006 BMW E46 3-Series (323i, 325i, 328i, 330i Coupe / Sedan)
• 2001–2006 BMW E46 M3 (S54 3.2L Coupe)
• Note: Not compatible with E46 Convertible chassis due to underbody floor stamping differences.

Filter Element Options:

• 20-1175-03 (Stainless Steel 10-Micron): Ideal for all fuels including high-ethanol E85, ethanol blends, and race gas. Pleated stainless steel element is cleanable and reusable.
• 20-1175-05 (Microglass 6-Micron): Ultra-high efficiency microglass element providing maximum particle filtration for standard pump gasoline. (Disposable; not recommended for high ethanol blends).

Key Features:

• Pre-Crimped PTFE Lines: Smooth-bore conductive PTFE inner core wrapped in stainless steel braid and black CPE jacket. Prevents fuel vapor odor bleed-through and withstands extreme fuel pressures.
• Billet Filter Mounting: Includes a dedicated billet aluminum clamp bracket securing the high-flow Radium fuel filter in the OEM underbody filter location.
• Drop-In Integration: Directly connects the Radium E46 Fuel Pump Hanger to the front engine bay fuel rail and regulator connections.

Notice: Mating connections use female ORB and male AN threads. Assemble all fittings with fuel-safe O-ring lubricant.
