Radium - Fuel Level Switch & Diagnostic Indicator Kits

The Radium Engineering Fuel Level Switch & Diagnostic Indicator system provides reliable low-fuel detection to prevent high-pressure fuel pump cavitation and starvation in high-performance fuel surge tanks and racing fuel cells.

Kit Configurations & SKUs:

• 1/8" NPT Fuel Level Switch Only (SKU: 20-0461):
  Constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel compatible with all fuel types including pump gas, race gas, and E85 ethanol blends. Features standard 1/8" NPT male threads that install directly into the dedicated level switch port on Radium Standard Fuel Surge Tanks (FST), Multi-Pump FSTs, and custom fuel sumps. Includes 24" long 20AWG flying leads. Provides a switched ground/signal when fuel drops below the float, suitable for aftermarket ECU safety strategies (Motec, Haltech, Link, Syvecs), digital dashes, or triggering lift pumps.
  Note: Switch polarity is easily reversible from normally open (NO) to normally closed (NC) by removing the E-clip and flipping the float.
• Fuel Level Diagnostic Indicator Only (SKU: 20-0508):
  Designed as a visual reference LED indicator to be paired with the 20-0461 Fuel Level Switch. When the switch is triggered by low fuel, the signal activates this high-intensity LED. Installs into a 2AN ORB (5/16"-24) threaded port on the surge tank top plate. Ideal for diagnosing fuel surge and lift-pump delivery during pit stops or dyno tuning.
  Kit includes: High-intensity LED with flying leads, 2AN ORB aluminum mount, eyelet terminals, heat shrink, and abrasion sleeve. Requires soldering. Minimum panel thickness of 0.75" required if stacking directly above fuel switch.

  Turn-key complete package bundling both the 20-0461 Fuel Level Switch and the 20-0508 Diagnostic Indicator Kit in a single box.
