The Walbro 535 LPH High-Pressure In-Tank Fuel Pump (F90000295)—often nicknamed the Hellcat Plus—is the highest-flowing brushed in-tank electric fuel pump manufactured by TI Automotive / Walbro. Engineered for monster horsepower builds and aggressive E85 ethanol setups, this pump flows up to 535 LPH to feed big-power forced-induction engines.
Built upon the proven Dual Channel Single Stage (DCSS 39/50) platform, the F90000295 eliminates the internal outlet check valve found in standard 450 units. This free-flowing outlet significantly reduces backpressure and electrical current draw, making it the premier choice for surge tank multi-pump assemblies and high-demand secondary fuel systems.
